TERMS OF SERVICE

I. PRIOR TO COMMISSIONING
1. The client must prepare all commission details requested of them by the artist.
2. This includes design references, expected deadlines, and any other information asked by artist.
3. The only accepted currency is USD.
4. The client must pay the full amount strictly before artist begin working on the commission via Paypal invoice. ( If artist agree paymant can be done - 50% upfront and 50% after sketch )
5. The client must only pay after the artist has agreed to commission payment.
6. Waitlisted clients only pay upon their turn in the queue.
7. Any monetary compensation made without the written consent of the artist is treated as a donation.
8. Expected turnarounds will vary based on both commission complexity and personal circumstances.
9. The artist has the right to decline a client for any reason without needing to provide why they are declining.
10. Harassing, threatening, or insulting the artist is grounds for both declining a commission and the immediate contact of proper authorities.
11. Poor communication from the client is grounds for declining a commission.II. AFTER PAYMENT & COMMISSION PROCESS
1. No refunds upon sending payment.
2. All communication between the artist and the client in regards to a commission will only be conducted via Discord.
3. The client is free to ask for updates throughout any stage of the commission.
4. The artist has the right to decline revision without needing to provide why they are declining.
5. The client cannot force a chargeback once the commission has been agreed upon.
6. The client must not and cannot change the subject of the commission once it is agreed upon.
7. If personal circumstances such as illness, loss of required technology, and other debilitating situations occur, the artist will inform all clients ASAP of said circumstance.
8. Expected turnarounds will vary based on both commission complexity and personal circumstances.
9. Rush order has an additional charge quoted by the artist.III. UPON FINISHING THE COMMISSION
1. Finished commissions will be sent through google drive.
2. I reserve full rights to the image and its distribution and use, unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. I reserve the right to show any commissions done on my portfolio, Patreon (including high-resolution version and WIP's), YouTube, and all of my listed social media websites, unless it was requested that I do not do so.
4. The client cannot, under any circumstances, omit my signature from the finished piece.
5. All commissions completed fall under personal use unless otherwise specified. If a piece is commercial, then a 300% commercial fee in addition to the original price is added. If the client decides to use a commission commercially after its completion, it can be discussed with original artist and not any other artist.
6. If a client wants to edit an already commissioned piece made by me, they must consult me and not other artists. The client must not modify or alter the finished piece themselves.
7. If personal circumstances such as illness, loss of required technology, and other debilitating situations occur, the artist will inform all clients ASAP of said circumstance
8. Clients must not resell the finished commission piece under any circumstances.
9. The client may repost the finished commission, provided that proper credit is given to me.By commissioning me, you agree to these terms. If you fail to abide by any of these terms, I will publicly blacklist you from ever commissioning me again, and warn other artists.NOT READING MY TERMS OF SERVICE IS NOT AN EXCUSE FOR BEING EXEMPT FROM THEM.
